A peace initiative, once again

A new peace initiative has been annouced thursday 16 Nov. 2006 by some European countries. The details will be disclosed in December, at the EU meeting.
Italy, Spain and France adopted already the idea. Zapatero, the Spanish Premier said that "we can't continue to watch the horrors unfolding before us without doing anything. He cited the Israli bombing of Beit Hanoun which made 19 victims.
Let's hope this is not just another initiative that will be soon forgotten, as have been so many others.
